Project: Pressure wash & seal a 3-story wooden deck & an additional roof deck. Also, had the company remove some rust staining on the front concrete steps. They pressure washed out all the debris under the roof deck & the concrete steps to the basement.

Comment: I was onsite when the crew came out to power wash. They returned 2 days later after the wood was dry and applied wood sealer. The structure had not been sealed or cleaned in approximately 10 years so the change was night & day.
